Diodes' ZXTR2105F reduces footprint to deliver fixed 5 V supply for microcontrollers from 7 V to 60 V input rails
Designed to replace three discrete components, Diodes' ZXTR2105F is used to produce a stable supply of between 4.7 V to 5.3 V from 12 V or 24 V inputs. This not only minimizes the solution footprint but also increases system power density and reliability.
The device’s 60 V maximum input rating ensures sufficient headroom in the event of transient over-voltage conditions. Its excellent line and load regulation safeguards continuous operation by ensuring transient voltage drops cannot cause latch-up. This further contributes to system reliability.
